Human Resource Management Information System for Government of Malaysia (EG-HRMIS)

Goverment of Malaysia introduced EG-HRMIS in all its agencies in order to improve the human resource information management by using a system that enables the human resource administrator to monitor and maintain all government officers background information. This system was launched and developed during 1999 where for it took 5 years to complete in 2004 and its officially implemented in 2005. This system can be access through internet at /http://www.eghrmis.gov.my/







There are 10 modules included in the HRMIS which are following:
  1. Perfomance Management
  2. Career Management
  3. Remuneration, Benefit and Reward
  4. Personal Record Management 
  5. Employee Communication and Behavioral Management
  6. Establishment Data
  7. Resourcing
  8. Development
  9. Strategy Formulation and Review
  10. Establishment Data


Main page of EG-HRMIS
This system will record history of a government officer personal data during starting from hiring, performance management, disciplinary record, annual leave management, payroll records, transfer and retire management. Thus, all information are available at the finger tips of HRMIS administrator. 



Annual Leave Application

Now, annual leave management module is available on mobile where can be access from mobile gadgets.
